User gets the right to buy from this site when registrating as a user by filling a form of customer information or accepting own contact information when ordering. System operator has right to check given information and if necessary, not to accept and later on, remove user, who gives false or otherwise insufficient information. The right of use is not transferable. The user is in charge of all actions made under his/her password. The user is in charge of keeping the password secret.

Both parties can adjourn this agreement whenever they want. Adjourning starts immediately after the other party gets information of it. Adjourning stops the user´s right to use the services of the site. User is in charge of all the demands and duties untill the adjourning comes into force.

Disputes of this agreement are to be solved in Turku District Court according to the finnish laws.
